You can receive Windows Vista BETAs by obtaining a Technet or MSDN subscription. http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/ http://www.microsoft.com/technet/abouttn/subscriptions/default.mspx
For Office 2007, I don't know, your best bet is to wait until it reaches BETA 2. I don't know if the Technical Refresh expected in March will be available to the public to download.
The best guarantee though is to wait until Windows Vista and Office 2007 reach BETA 2 when they will be for certain available to the public to preview. -- -- Andre Windows Connect | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm

There's only been one beta release of Office 2007 yet, and that was Beta 1. I think it'll be public by the time it gets to RC0 or RC1, not Beta 2 :o)
